SIG-LITE WARNING SYSTEM
The SIGALARM® SIG-LITE warning system helps protect machine operators by providing an early warning when the machine approaches a live overhead power line. The system detects the electric field generated by the power line and provides clear visual and audible warnings in the cab.
Green - normal operation
The machine is operating at a safe distance.
Yellow - warning
The machine is approaching the power line. The operator should proceed with caution.
Red - danger
The machine is too close to the power line. The operator must take action.

HOW IT WORKS

The unit detects electric fields from live overhead power lines at voltages from 7.2 kV.
